A Cincinnati woman was killed Monday after a head-on crash with a Springfield Township rescue squad.
Kyana Lenon, 27, was driving east on West North Bend Road when her car crossed the center line and hit the fire vehicle head-on, FOX19 reported.
Lenon was trapped in her car after the 10:13 a.m. collision, according to Springfield Township Police Chief Rick Bley.
Firefighters extricated her and rendered aid. She was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where she died.
Four Springfield Township firefighters were injured and transported to UCMC as well. Their conditions were not known, the station reported.
